Hi – I’m India, I’m an Independent Celebrant based in London but I work across the UK and Internationally.

I am passionate that ceremonies should never be boring. They should be a celebration of love, storytelling and reinvention.

I love working with creative couples to create bespoke ceremonies which are full of personality, unforgettable and utterly joyful.

Your big day should be as special and unique as you are – you deserve more that a ‘cookie cutter’ ceremony, you deserve a ceremony all about you! I create bespoke ceremonies that reflect your personalities and values, both as individuals as well as a couple.

About Me

My background is as a theatre director but I have also worked as a creative project manager, a party and events planner and I also ran the front of house at a swanky London restaurant, very popular with celebs – oh the stories I could tell…!

I am absolutely in love with love and storytelling and truly believe that life’s special milestones should be celebrated in style and exactly how YOU want to celebrate them.

I come with a wealth of experience, ideas and buckets of enthusiasm and a (no so!) little black book of creative contacts to make your day as wonderful and unique as you are.

Whether you want a modern twist on a traditional ceremony, or a total reinvention (or anything in-between) with me as your celebrant there really are no rules or limitations!

Now let’s get you married…Many couples gloss over the ceremony as they are just not aware of all the options available. Gone are the days when your only options were a religious wedding or a registry office or registrar led wedding.

With an Independent Celebrant you can have exactly the ceremony you want, how you want it – perhaps in ways and places you haven’t even dreamt of yet! You are not bound by registered venues or their limited availability. You can get married anywhere…yes, anywhere! Hot air balloon? Sure! Bottom of the ocean? Why not! The garden of your family home or the place you first met? Absolutely! On a beach in Barbados? Yes please! The possibilities really are endless…!

With a celebrant led ceremony you are also not confined by a format or script you are not comfortable with. It is your day, so you get to do it how you want. Don’t want a religious wedding but want to find a way to include a traditional element or a nod to a specific culture or heritage? Together, we can find a way to beautifully weave, blend and combine different ideas to create a ceremony totally unique and personal to you.
